Facebook account hacked

Hello, Can someone please help. My Facebook was hacked, using vulgar things in it, which I had not done, I even posted that it wasn't me doing it. Next thing, bam, it was wiped out, gone. I have tried repeatedly,changing passwords, accounts, to avail. Now it says, user has that account,try another, yet I'm on it, but can't get to my email through it,nor use my network with it. At a loss. Even tried calling Facebook company,at which some one tried to sell me some thing to go on my computer. I already have virus protection, on all, software. Not sure how this is happening, but can I please get info. Really appreaciate any help. Thank you. Ervin Alday
