Facebook is saying my account doesn't exist

Hello, I had forgotten my Facebook password and I had requested an email verification reset code be sent to me which never came. I requested the email be sent numerous and countless times still to no avail. Facebook then requested identify verification from me in which I sent them a picture of my driver's license. This has been going on for over 24 hours. Now when I attempted to log in Facebook says there is no account associated with my email. I did not delete my account and my email is correct. I have received no response and my account doesn't exists all of a sudden
