I can not login my Google or Gmail account

I have done all there is that I know of to get into this account ***@*** says it can't be verified by I don't have access to the recovery phone and Recovery password I have forgotten please help

Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.

I'm using the same phone but changed my carrier and it changed my phone number. Would having the same phone help at all

Hi

It has to be the very same coordinates as when the account was created.

The account should have been updated before the change.
