I lost all my old spam emails and Ive noticed that my most important emails usually go toy spam folder, how can I get all of my old spam emails back and prevent this from happening again???

You should have transferred your spam emails to your in your inbox. Why would you want to keep spams? Spams are unwanted messages. Gmail regularly cleans-up all spam folders and those mails no longer exist, hence they cannot be recovered.
