Access code not working

Hello,

I can't get into my account. It keeps saying to change your password, put in a sec. code....I changed password & have put in codes over 10 times. Sometimes, the code isn't sent. I can't access fb or groupon on my laptop or phone. I don't know where to go for help.

Delete all of your temporary files and cookies and try again

On my ohone? I'm getting my new laptop set up today so hopefully the issues will be resolved.
