Blank blue screen appears for a second during startup

There is a blank blue screen appears for a second before and after login during startup on my laptop. It was fine when i first bought this laptop, the problem occurs after using it for the third time, what should i do? The laptop can still function though but i found it uncomfortable as this is new laptop, i hope it to be perfect. PLEASE HELP

Download the following on your desktop:

http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/bluescreenview.zip

Unzip the file

Double click on BlueScreenView.exe

At the end of the scan, click on edit and then on select all

Go on file and click on save selected items

Save the log as bsod.txt

Open bsod.txt, copy and paste here

After scanning, it appears to be 0 crash and i cant select anything at all. Does it mean that my laptop is functioning perfectly?
