Unstable FPS in League of Legends

May i know what is the problem behind? My fps usually ranging between 115-180 but today without making any changes to Nvidia control panel, my fps ranging between 30-180. Unstable fps causing a lot of trouble to me during teamfights, please help me if you know what is the problem. My nvidia drivers are up to date. Fyi, im using gtx 1050 notebooks.

Perhaps it is the bandwidth?
