M S word document lose, help me recover

Hello,
please tell me how to recover data lost when pen drive remove without sfely remove.
I have loosed some document file in ms document 2007 in pen drive.
i used tuneup 2007 and got some permanently deleted file of the same size as that of the original
but these files does not have any format and when i tried to open it in MS document 2007 then it is unknown language.and its file conversion does not show English language.

Just look at this location mentioned here the in Excel Application
Excel Options>>Save>>Autorecover file location

i already search there and nothing present there
i have found some files of the same size while file recovery but they do not have any format
and when i tried to open wid word it start to convert the format and there is no option avilable there which solve my problem
