Uninstall PCprotect Antivirus Software.

PCprotect told me to come to the App Store to uninstall it. It has Malware that can't be deleted so company said this is the easy way to do it.

What do I do now? I have no idea how to do all this as I am a SENIOR CITIZEN. How do I uninstall from here??? My big question as it is not directing anywhere.
