Unable to reactivate my PC

Hello,
Actually when i start my laptop ..their is a message on main scrèen that "go to pc setting and reactivate yr pc " and when i go through it didnt activate and say contect to yr system administration plese help me to activate my window

I am certain that the message: "go to pc setting and reactivate yr pc" is not correct. Please provide us with the exact message.
