Considering tha fact that we have no idea of what account you may be referring to, we will go out on a limb and say it is gone, as most account require one of the following:
1. Frequent login (this keeps the accounts active, and the provider know you are using their resources, other wise what good is keeping an inactive account active) ,
or,
2. You have the same phone number, so they know how to get a-hold of you!
Sorry this is not the news that you wanted to hear, but sometimes it ends such as this when you don't keep in touch!
