To to restore a Toshiba Satellite C40-C-10Q?

Hello,

I need help restoring my Toshiba satellite C40-C-10Q laptop.
I have already tried doing the "hold zero and press the power on button" and "F12 & F2 nothing is working.
Can you please help!

Try a fresh copy of Windows 7 on a usb stick I have same problem
