Adobe Flash Player 10 will not open! Closed

Question

Hey guys! I have a Mac OSX 3 and this whole Flash thing is giving me some problems!

As a whole it downloads just fine. But when it opens up in 'finder', and I double click it, nothing happens. I even tried right clicking, 'open', or even right clicking, 'open with installer'. nothing works. I have rebooted the computer, Safari, Firefox. Everything. Im so confused!!
