Hello,

Please tell me that how can i format my Compaq laptop Model no CQ40.

Problem is...at the time of XP installation.....when XP installation setup started...blue screen window comes...

Hello did you have Vista installed before??

You will have to enter bios and disable the SATA mode!

no i have nvr intalled vista...and i checked out through HP Service center for hardware related problem..but they said that there is no any hardware problem...
