Hello,
i need help with resetting my toshiba satellite laptop. i want to delete everything that is not needed and start it over as it was when i first bought it. however when i go to the advanced system restore options in the f8 menu and i try to log in it says "your account has been disabled. Please see your administrator."
I do not have the windows vista disk otherwise i would completly format and re-install. i do not know what can be done.

Hye there in order to format the laptop you will need the Vista Setup Disk.
