Can’t change my Facebook Email

hello,

I’ve an urgent issue.

My Facebook email (@hotmail.it) has been disabled and I want to change it with a newer one (@gmail), but when Facebook tells me a confirmation code has been delivered to my new email, I can’t find any email from Facebook.

I’ve set up all the settings I found on internet (notifications, emails etc) from my Facebook account but nothing seems to work.

I’ve tried to do with my brother’s account and it’s not a problem of my email as I received a Facebook email from that one.

How can I do? I’ve already contacted the Facebook support but no answer..
