Yahoo forgot password and recovery options changed

I have not use Yahoo a long time I have been using Gmail try to use the Yahoo and I could not login for some odd reason I know my email address I don’t know the password my recovery options are not the same because I have a new number and the new email so it was difficult. I want to know if you can be up be able to help me get past this
