Cannot log in to my Facebook account

How can i retrieve my fb account since i cannot log in since yesterday,
My friends told me maybe someone reported u , but I didn't do anything wrong that violate the fb rules ,and I didn't posted anything wrong that can hurt someone,
I need ur asap assistance.
