Lost music icon

Hello,
Accidently (I still do not know what I did) but the MUSIC Icon is gone from my homw screen. I see it in the set up, but can not put it back into the home screen. I did try, set up, general, reset homescreen, but my MUSIC icon won not come back.
Please help
