Unable to access my Gmail account Closed

Hello,  sir my phone has been unfortunately format and my phone no. Has been closed on which my gmail.was registered... So I'm unable to login....plz help me Sir

If you did not provide an alternate email recovery address, there is nothing you can do! DO NOT send a text to that phone, or the person who has the phone will get the text, and will gain access to your account!
