Windows wo'nt boot in any mode-Please help

Hello, my computer has stopped working. it starts up but then it asks me to select which mode to run in as there is a problem. I have tried safe mode, normal mode and every thing. I have tried all 4 options and each takes me to a screen full off text with a blue background but it doesn't bring any options up if I press F8 or CTRL, ALT DEL. i have not recently installed anything and windows has not closed suddenly. please help me as I need to get my uni work off!
