Fan rolls for a second and stops it doesn't boot

Hello, I use a Dell inspiron 1526 I have tried using your methods on this forum it worked at first but it later came back to it's fault please help me out I also noticed something too sometimes it shows a blank screen when I turn it on and later it just doesn't boot at all(i.e the fan rolls for a second and stops it doesn't boot into Windows) please any solution is recognized as I don't want to lose my laptop..
