Connecting mouse and keyboard causes problems

I had bought new keyboard and mouse for my pc after conneting both to my pc mouse started to stuck and when keyboard connected unwanted apps opening by itsef,volume increasing and decreasing automatically....connected the keyboard and mouse to another pc no problem working fine on that pc....
