Samsung z2 Message Initialising

Hello,

I am tryng to open messages on my samsung z2 but its always initializing. thank you for your response in helping me

Hi permmie. Insert the sim in other phone and delete all messages stored on the SIM.
Reinsert SIM back in the Z2. Message app should work now.
