Samsung Z2, message initializing but not opening

Hi,

I am using Samsung Z2 smartphone and I have a problem with opening the message box of my device. Whenever I click on the message box, it just shows that it is initializing. It does not open the message box!

remove the SIM card and
Try resetting your phone by using the following code: 
  • *2767*3855#
