Message box initialising without opening the messages

hy am simphiwe trevor hadebe can i ask that how do i open my massages cause when am trying to open it it says massage initialising

insert another service provider sim.the message box will open.. then insert that sim card (The one which was showing the error) then I delete messages from that sim and again restore.
