Before we can help you tell us:

How were you able to determine that your account was hacked and that the recovery information was changed?

When is the last time you successfully accessed your account?

When you can’t access your account it does not necessarily mean that it was hacked.

After 9 months of inactivity, Gmail accounts are deleted from the server.

Accounts that are deleted from the server cannot be recovered because they no longer exist, they have been destroyed.

i tried earlier it says that "your password has been change 46 days ago
