I can recover my Gmail address

I can not log on to my Instagram account and also log onto my email account i keep being told Google can verify whether it's me for my gmail account of ***@*** I need help as my Instagram account associated to it is for my business

Are they both not the same I just want my email address back. What's happened is my phone reset and I lost everything so I'm thinking my email address has been deleted in the process I safely used it Saturday just gone in the day. Yes I have a healthy living account and i need to get on their

Please answer all of my questions.

When is the last time you successfully accessed your Gmail account?

Gmail and Instagram are not the same Gmail belongs to Gmail and Instagram belongs to Facebook

I successfully logged into my account on the 3rd of March 2018. I don't have a face book account I logged on through google.
But I can not recover my Instagram password as it is set to that email address

You don't need a Facebook account to get Instagram, I am just saying that Instagram is own by Facebook and is separate from Gmail.

Do you remember your Gmail address?

Yeah I remember my gmail address but every time I use my password it's incorrect so then I get a Google verification code then that doesn't work it's states that Google can verify me

Try to send an email to your Gmail account. Wait 15 minutes and tell me if you get an error message.

P.S. You should always try to access your account from the same device you created it with.

I have not been sent an error message I used this phone to set up my account aswell
