First, please explain what you mean, you wrote: "acct was utilized to sing"
Also, tell me if you remember the last password that you used that was successful accessing your account. (do not write the password here on this forum)

Hi Mark,
Oh, so you meant sync, not sing as la la la la.
If just the password was changed, using your computer, you should be able to recover your account. As soon as you recover it, you should immediatly change your password as well as your recovery settings.
Just follow these instructions which I have written.
