HP 1000 model is not starting

Hello,
my laptop is not starting.i shutdown my laptop last time properly. but not starting up now.my charging light is fine.and battery also fine. when i press power button for 10 seconds it is blinking when battery is connected.tried disconnecting battery and ac adapter and holding power button for 60 seconds and starting.not working
