Hello agent am I in the correct spot to receive help on an issue I'm having on Facebook I was disabled I went to submit my complaint and it said that my account wasn't disabled so I'm up against the brick wall I bought a new phone downloaded all of my apps which Facebook is where I'm having this issue please help

The only possible way to login your account is through the old phone. Facebook does not recognize your new phone.
