I have been locked out of facebook and really need to get back in as it is a BUSINESS account! ]

A message is showing up:

We'll take a look at the documents you submitted and get back to you. If we need more help with confirming your name, we'll contact you for additional documentation.

I have sent documents off to prove our businesses identity however nothing has happened in over 4 days!

Does anyone know how to solve this?

You must cultivate your patience and wait, wait and wait. Among the two billions accounts, there are tens of thousands of people living the same situation as you. When you submitted your document you were the last among the tens of thousands. Facebook has to examine every one of them. You must wait your turn and it may take several weeks.

If you created a personal account to do business, no doubt that your account will remain blocked.

How long will this take? We are a Ltd business and have a big launch this week which we were hoping to plaster across social media! I understand it takes time but I have persistently sent as many forms off and emails to try and get this resolved as possible.

As I said, If you created a personal account to do business, no doubt that your account will remain blocked. Have you created a business account or a personal account?

How long will it take? Your guess is as good as ours.

P.S. Facebook does not have an email address, so you could not have sent them an email. Every time you send a form, you get back at the end of the system's queue and Facebook will feel harassed.

Our account is a business account not a personal account, please see first question regarding this.

I am being pushed excessively by my manager who wants this sorted 'yesterday' therefore I am just doing all I possibly can to sort this keep him happy.

Those managers...they are all the same, asking for miracles...pressure, pressure, stress, stress stress, never happy. Tell him to relax with a nice cup of tea with crumpets.

Can you tell me the page's url?
