CAN NOT HEAR SOUND FROM INSTALLING SOFTWARE

Hello,

I INSTALLED PROFESSOR TEACHES OFFICE 2007 ON MY GATEWAY LAPTOP M-1624 AND I HAVE WINDOW VISTA. ONCE I STARTED THE PROGRAM I DO NOT HEAR THE SOUND WHICH HAS THE NARRATOR READING THE MATERIAL. I ALSO NOTICE THAT MY OTHER PROFESSOR TEACHES WORD, EXCEL 2003 IS RUNNING FINE WHICH I INSTALLED BEFORE. PLEASE HELP!

Just check your volume settings! May be your office software is on mute!
