My graphics card has no display on monitor

i have gt 1030 just bought it 2 weeks ago, i used it a couple of weeks and then suddenly after i restarted my pc the my gt 1030 got no signal on my monitor unless i used my integrated graphics my gt 1030 is detected by my device my manager the fan is spinning but when i transfer my monitor display to video card in has no signal i already tried almost everything reset cmos, change primary display on pci on bios, reseat my gpu, clean dust, reseat my rams etc..but no luck...any advice?

It appears you card has failed and needs to be replaced.
