Cpu running but no display

I am using a LG company cpu.i used 3months and I kept it separately one year of without using why because my monitor is not there so after one year I out that cpu and clean out side dust then I connect to my new monitor but the problem is cpu is power on,fan work well,light is coming when click the cpu button but in montor there is no display why plz help me.
