HP PC's doesnt display!

Hello,
My HP PC's fans run but nothing is displayed on the monitor! If it displays it freezes immidietly! Recently it did the same thing I took it to a repairer and he replaced 4 swollen capacters, to worked for one day then it started the strange behavior. I totally need ur help.

It's apparent that you motherboard is failing or has failed. Motherboard replacement or complete computer replacement sounds like the only option.
