The last time in accessed my account was last 7days ago yes I have forgotten all the recovery email and recovery phone and sir I remember my password this is <removed by moderator> but I can't sing in why please help me out my is this <removed by moderator> please sir if you get me sing in I'll be very happy :)

Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.

Again you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner because you cannot receive a reset code. There is not other way, you should have kept your account up-to-date with a working recovery email address.
