Down arrow key stuck

I spilled a sip of juice on my keyboard and soaked it up immediately but now the down arrow key is continuously scrolling down pages or muting stuff I watch. It's not physically stuck down and every once in a while it will stop for a minute.

Hello

Is this a laptop or an ordinary desktop keyboard ?

P.S. What kind of juice was it ?
