Window vista wont start up

Hello,
Im new here and i've been following ur discussion.My problem is when i start up the window vista at at hp com it load and then the screen go black,Then there got a startup repair.i try but no luck so plssss tell me wat 2 do(n i dont wat is vista dvd/cd)plss tell me wat to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi,
when booting the computer, press F8 repeatedly (before the windows logo appears) to enter the boot menu.
then select safe mode.
if you are able to enter the safe mode, try to do a system restore.
>start
>accessories
>system tools
>system restore
then select the date when the computer was running fine.
if the problem is from some wrong settings, this should fix it.

You will have to use the recovery CD to repair you windows vista system...
Of you can do system restore! You can do it on safe mode press F8 when you start the pc!
