Facebook account hacked

My wife's Fb account has been hacked. Her login and other info has been changed. We were given a phone number to Fb from a local merchant. My question. Does Fb require payment via google play card for correcting problems such as this??

No. there is no phone contact for Facebook. And they do not charge you EVER!
