Try this
1. Remove the battery and cable.
2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.
3. Replug and start.

While the screen is black does any leds turn on? if so and still there is no screen, press Caps Lock to see if the LED turn on and off, this is to make sure your laptop it's completing the POST and it's just a screen problem.
