Dell Laptop blank screen

I needed to turn down the brightness of my Dell laptop screen and accidentally turned it down to the minimum. The screen went blank immediately. I've removed the battery and rebooted it again. It comes on normally but the screen goes off after the Dell logo appears. All other lights are on. I don't know what to do.

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.

Hi I just did. Same thing. Screen goes blank after the Dell Logo

This indicates a hard disk failure. I suggest you take it to a repair shop.
