Dell Inspiron 7000 doesn’t start correctly

Hello,
My laptop is not going to to the operating system as i turn on the power button.The laptop was completely working well until i went to bed last night.When i switch it on today around noon it starts with dell logo but remains as it is.When i tried to reboot switching on the boot menu it dint take me to boot menu.I called dell customer care they asked me to pres fn+power which would take to boot menu still that way did not work.Anyone went through a similar situation please help
