I am locked out of my Google account because I changed my phone number and reset my phone now it wants a 2-step Verification that is connected to a phone that I don't even own. I tried every way please help I need to update my phone number on my Google account to send me a verification code

Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
