If it lacks the ability, there is nothing we can do. The ability is the hardware. If your laptop does not have the hardware, then there is nothing, and thank you for sharing!

You do understand this laptop only has BLUETOOTH? Get a WIFI USB dongle, as in:
https://www.ebay.com/p/1701554384
This is what you need. Or, you can add in HOTSPOT into your mobile bill, and BLUETOOTH into your phone, and let it transport you to the internet!
