Hello, I can see my network in the "network window" but every time I go to connect to it, I get the Windows message that there are connectivity issues. Many other devices in my home work fine on the WIFI. I have updated the driver, checked the TCP/IPv4, tried to adjust the Value on the Qualcom Atheros but it's not an option; I just have Atheros AR5B125 listed. There is also a Microsoft virtual WIFI adapter listed in the Network Connections; is this getting in the way? Grateful for any tips you have.

I suggest you delete the hardware and let Windows re-establish the connection.
