Dell Laptop black screen

Hello,


I have a problem in my DELL Inspiron 15 3000 series. It is turning on and then the screen is going blank and black after showing the windows logo. My laptop was running well and suddenly this problem occurred. I turned off the laptop forcefully, and from then I am facing this problem.

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
