I cant download anything

Hello,
i dont know nothing about computers but am really desperate for help as i cant download nothing at all. It keeps saying that it cant find files or site not available. I would really appreciate help, thanks.

hi,
firstly you need to get an internet connection.
then it depends on what you want to download.
if you want some softwares you can just check in our downloads section.
