Dual drive isn't detected by any device

Hello,

My sandisk dual drive was working finely with android/windows/tv.
But yesterday the pen drive was suddenly and automatically disconnected by the android phone. After that the pen drive wasn't detected by any of above mentioned devices.. how can I fix this ??

Hi,

Have you tested your drive in your friends Windows PC or Android device?
