I lost my phone so now i have to log into yahoo mail and dont know mu password. Since I have a new phone I amnt able to use my old phone to verify my account. HOW can i get her account password reset without the requirement of my old phone for verification? I need help from real yahoo support please!!! Thank you also I don't have access to my alternative email

Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered an alternate recovery email address or phone number to which you have access to receive a reset code, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.
